Phoenix Pass offers women with children experiencing homelessness the resources to recover and rebuild a productive, stable life for themselves and their children through a residential setting.
What We Do
Phoenix Pass serves women with children who are experiencing, or are at- risk of homelessness. Our program aims to equip residents with the necessary resources and services to guide them deeper along the path of self sufficiency. This program provides a holistic, real world, education that includes career counseling, financial education, parenting, and life skills. Upon completion, participants are empowered to be self-sufficient, productive members of society.
Our program requires 100% participation by the resident in our program curriculum. While participating, each resident will enjoy comprehensive courses and accountability to a personalized plan with a case manager to ensure their success in the program.
RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS
Phoenix Pass offers the first giant step back to SURVIVAL. Our Program opens the first door of hope for the future by providing housing. A “SAFE PLACE” to lay our heads down.
We provide rent-free and utilities-free two and three-bedroom apartments that accommodate the participant and up to 5 children. These transitional homes are furnished with donations from our generous community supporters. Participants use the items during their two-year program, then take the items with them after graduation to start their new life.
PROGRAM CURRICULUM & SUPPORT
Participants attend bi-monthly classes over a 2-year period, taught by volunteer, community professionals on various sustainable subjects including financial management, physical, mental and spiritual health, parenting, employment skills, and Life skills.

Our Program provides our women SUPPORT to successfully re-claim their lives and gain FAMILY STABILITY. Upon graduation, they will have sufficient skills to regain their independence.
CASE MANAGEMENT & ACCOUNTABILITY
Participants meet weekly with a case manager to ensure their success in the program. These weekly case management meetings are designed to hold each woman to a strict routine of accountability with finances as well as their individual program that includes productive recommendations from their case manager to enhance their goal of reaching complete SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
GRADUATION & PATHWAYS
After our ladies “graduate” they become eligible for our Pathways program, a gradual path of independence and "real-world" living where they put into practice all they have learned from the 2-years of MANDATORY programming before being completely on their own.

The PATHWAYS program lasts one full year after graduation
offering access to the bi-weekly classes with a flexible and reduced case management schedule to support and prepare them for independence. To become adjusted to adhering to financial housing responsibility, they begin to pay a $800 program fee and continue to save at a lower rate of 20% of their income.
